On the basis of this established demonstration and reference system for renewable energies and energy efficiency technology, comprehensive measures of information transfer and public relations are implemented. The prerequisite was the provision and installation of an innovative demonstration system as a contribution from the project partner. The common goal of the parties is the functionality of the system for at least 10 years. |
Project descriptionThe combined CCHP or Trigeneration system of this pharmaceutical company DiPharma provides electricity, heat and cold at the location Mereto Di Tomba, Italy and consists of a combined heat and power unit, an ammonia-water absorption chiller and a recooling unit.
The system outputs are: CHP = 1,000 kW electrical and 1000 kW thermal output at +100°C Absorption chiller = 1000 kW heat input, approx. 500 kW cooling capacity at 0°C and 1500 kW recooling capacity at +30°C Recooling unit = 1500 kW cooling capacity at +30/+25°C.
